Returns & Refunds

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of the item. If you are returning an item, it must be dispatched back within 14 days of receipt of the item.

The buyer must use delivery confirmation when returning a package. Once the item has been received, I will issue a refund less the original shipping fee. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Earrings
  • Items purchased on sale

Additionally, I do not accept cancellations on orders, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
